As a Frequent Flyer member, you can check your points balance, transfer points, update your details, claim missing flight points, top-up points, manage bookings and more through your account.

Flight Reward bookings made through Qantas Contact Centres require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Some countries or regions outside Australia require bookings to be made 14 days or more in advance.

~ Customers in the USA who are deaf or who have a hearing or speech impairment can call via the National Relay Service by dialling 711, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Communication Assistants at the National Relay Service will assist customers by contacting Qantas Airways.
^ Platinum members should use the priority number (found on the back of their membership card) in place of 13 11 31.
