The Qantas and Air France partnership offers customers more travel options between Australia and France. The agreement between the national carriers provides customers with opportunities to experience the hospitality of Australia and France from the moment they begin their trip.
Network
Customers can fly to/from Paris Charles de Gaulle via Singapore and Hong Kong on Qantas codeshare services operated by Air France.
Qantas provides multiple options to connect to Air France’s services to Paris with 42 services per week (6 flights per day) between Australia (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth) and Singapore, and 28 services per week (4 flights per day) between Australia (Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane) and Hong Kong.
From Paris, customers can connect throughout France and Europe on Air France’s extensive network.

Qantas Frequent Flyers
Qantas Frequent Flyers can maximise Qantas Points and Status Credit earn by booking a codeshare flight (‘QF’ airline code) where possible. You can also earn Qantas Points on eligible fares and flights with an AF flight number.
You can use your Qantas Points on Air France for Classic Flight Rewards and with Points Plus Pay - Flights.

Sometimes everything doesn't go to plan. Qantas recognises the impact delays and missed connections can have on your plans and on your life. In the event this happens to you, below is some key information.
Missed connections:
If you missed a connection due to the late arrival of your aircraft, the delivering carrier is responsible for ensuring you make your final destination.
Lost baggage:
If your baggage doesn't arrive on the same flight as you. Please contact the Arrival Service desk of the delivering carrier in the arrivals hall. A delayed baggage report will be created.
