When flying within and departing Australia, get a taste for the best of Australian produce from our inflight menus. Featuring ingredients such as Oberon's Margra lamb, Gippsland's Bannockburn chicken, and complemented by a choice of premium wines and spirits, enjoy a truly unique dining experience that celebrates flavours from across the country.

We take pride in bringing unique Australian products to you through partnerships with First Nations suppliers, such as Yaru Water, sustainably sourced water from Bundjalung country and Dreamtime Tuka, snacks made with native Australian ingredients.

  • Substantial hot food items including gourmet brekkie burgers, Mediterranean pizza, and vegetable fritters will now replace lighter snacks on Australian domestic flights over two hours. Discover our domestic and regional dining

Our Plant-based dining options

As part of a focus on sustainable eating, you’ll have the option to choose plant-based meal options in all cabins on the main menu, across our international flights.

Dietary required meals

If you're travelling on a Qantas operated flight, you can request a meal for your child or dietary needs. You'll need to request your meal at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure, or at least 36 hours before departure for a Kosher meal. 

How to request your meal

From 1 October 2024, we're making some important changes to our dietary required meals. If you have dietary requirements, you may need to update your meal preference for future bookings.
