Great service starts with great people and here at Qantas we pride ourselves on offering our customers a premium experience.

We often hear from our Frequent Flyers about the exceptional service they have received from our people. In 2013 we received nearly 6,000 letters and emails about how Qantas employees went out of their way to ensure you enjoyed your journey.

To recognise our employees for delighting our customers we run an employee recognition program called eXcel. This program celebrates the exceptional efforts of our people using their skills and experience to care for our customers.

Next time you fly, you might even notice one of our employees wearing the eXcel pin, a special badge seen as a 'mark of excellence' and a way of identifying our high achievers in the area of customer service.

2013 eXcel People's Choice Awards

Employees nominated for their exceptional service are eligible for the eXcel Frequent Flyers People's Choice Award. Judged by a panel of Frequent Flyers, we'd like to thank and congratulate our recently announced 2013 winners:

Awarded for the first time in 2004, the Frequent Flyer People's Choice Award was established to recognise employees nominated for their outstanding service by our Frequent Flyers. Our employees' dedication to offering a world-class customer experience is essential to helping us build a stronger Qantas.
