Qantas International network changes

All Qantas and Jetstar international flights have been suspended from the end of March until at least 31 May 2020. Some additional services may be considered to assist with repatriation. More than 150 aircraft will be grounded during this time, including all of our A380s, 747s and B787s.

We will continue to update this page regularly with the latest information.

Flying soon?

We will be contacting Qantas and Jetstar customers affected by these changes in the coming weeks. Calls will be prioritised by travel date and due to the volume of changes, we ask for you to wait to be contacted unless your travel is imminent.

For those travelling domestically, see the latest updates.

Temporary lounge, meeting room and valet parking closures

Due to government restrictions, all Qantas operated lounges across our network are closed until further notice. Our Australian domestic meeting rooms have also been closed until further notice.
