Qantas flights QF1 to QF399 operate from Terminal 2.

Codeshare flights operated by American Airlines, Fiji Aiways, Westjet, and Alaska Airlines also operate from Terminal 2.

Check-in

Check-in for Qantas operated flights is located in lobby 4 on level 2.

Check-in opens three hours before the scheduled departure time, and closes one hour before deparature.

Note: For Qantas codeshare flights, customers may need to check in with the operating carrier rather than with Qantas. Ask airport staff for more detail.

Check-in for Business, Chairmans Lounge and oneworldOpens in a new tab or window Emerald passengers is available at a dedicated counter.

Online check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199), and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online check-in opens 24 hours before your flight departure and closes 2 hours before international flight departures.

Baggage

Baggage carousels are located in the arrivals hall (ground floor).

Information monitors display flight carousel numbers.

For customers transferring to another flight, you must collect your bags and take them to your next operating carrier for check-in. Due to the significant reduction in international flights, we are currently not operating a transfer desk in the customs hall.

Baggage services is located in lobby 4 at the ticket counter.

Transfers

Transfer between terminals

You can walk between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 by following the directional signs. A free shuttle bus also operates.

Transport Details
Car The airport is approximately a 25 minute drive from the city.
Visit Honolulu International airportOpens in a new tab or window for current car parking rates or contact AMPCO Parking. 
Taxis and rideshare services There are plenty of taxis available from outside the arrivals hall.
The pick up point for rideshare services is located on the ground level, also outside the arrivals hall.
Follow the signs to the relevant area.
Skyline Catch the Skyline rail service to and from the airport.
Note: the Skyline doesn't go to Waikiki. To travel to and from Waikiki, connect to TheBus 'W' line at Lelepaua Station (the airport), Ahua Station and Kahauiki Station.
Buses TheBusOpens in a new tab or window operates throughout the island of Oahu, including to Waikiki. The bus stop is located outside the terminal on the ground level, near the Skyline station.
Baggage is permitted if it can fit under the seat or on your lap.
