Our onboard sommeliers are at hand on select flights to suggest the perfect wine or champagne to pair with your meals, from an exceptional selection that includes boutique producers and iconic brands from across Australia and Champagne, France.
Highlights of our Australian distillers available only in First include the Lark Tasmanian Single Malt, as well as a rotating selection of premium independent Australian gins, including Beachtree’s ‘Quokka’ and ‘Bondi’ by the Australian Distilling Co.
Additionally, enjoy a refreshed First selection that includes Johnnie Walker Green Label as well as cocktails on select flights.
Also available is a selection of cold pressed juices, as well as Binjang tea blends made from native Australian ingredients.

We curate ingredients and products from premium Australian suppliers to create our custom First menus, designed to delight.
CopperTree Farms
Producers of a rich butter made using traditional French methods and Australian ingredients, CopperTree Farms are also the suppliers of our premium beef.
Skull Island Prawns & Glacier 51 Toothfish
Austral provides us with our premium Tiger Prawns from the Northern Territory, as well as the elegant Patagonian Toothfish from Heard Island.
Margra Lamb
The exceptional Margra Lamb is bred and farmed in the Central Tablelands of NSW, creating an unprecedented delicate, micro-marbled meat that is incredibly succulent.
Pyengana Dairy
The award-winning Pyengana farmhouse cheddar is handcrafted in Tasmania using fresh milk from nearby farms and matured using a traditional cloth method.
