Our contemporary menu represents Neil Perry’s affinity for Asian, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cooking with a modern Australian interpretation – as well as more traditional pairings.

Each item on the menu has been carefully crafted to an immaculate standard, and whether you choose lighter dishes or the full dining experience, you’ll be presented with a selection of delicious options to satisfy any palate.

Seasonal dining

Our menu changes with the season, inspired by fresh produce and our artisan local producers. You may find dishes such as poached ocean trout with cherry tomatoes, barberries, fennel and coriander salad and a salted caramel macadamia tart with chocolate ganache and Pepe Saya crème fraiche for dessert.*

Bar and drinks menu

Our onboard sommeliers are at hand on select flights to suggest the perfect wine or champagne to pair with your meals, from an exceptional selection that includes boutique producers and iconic brands from across Australia and Champagne, France.

Highlights of our Australian distillers available only in First include the Lark Tasmanian Single Malt, as well as a rotating selection of premium independent Australian gins, including Beachtree’s ‘Quokka’ and ‘Bondi’ by the Australian Distilling Co.

Additionally, enjoy a refreshed First selection that includes Johnnie Walker Green Label as well as cocktails on select flights.

Also available is a selection of cold pressed juices, as well as Binjang tea blends made from native Australian ingredients.
