From 15 October, a new menu with a wide selection of fresh flavours from Australian suppliers will take off onboard domestic flights across Australia.
In Economy, new selections from Dreamtime Tuka, led by Uncle Herb Smith, bring Indigenous bush tucker inspired dishes to the skies. The Jam Drop Cookie from Cooee Cookies, a female-led, Indigenous business founded by proud Wiradjuri woman, Terri-Anne ‘Tezzi’ Daniel, offers delicious plant-based, gluten-free and dairy-free treat.
Economy menu highlights:
- Egg and chorizo toastie with smoky tomato chutney,
- Beef ragu and mushroom pie,
- Passionfruit coconut slice, and
- Chilled trio snack packs with dips, vegetables and more.
Business menu highlights:
- Coconut, blueberry and lemon bread with lemon curd,
- Ploughmans plate,
- Garlic prawns with parmesan cream and fettuccine,
- Stir-fried beef with black pepper sauce, and
- Greek salad with roast lemon chicken and goats cheese.

We take pride in showcasing unique Australian products on your flight. In First or Business you’ll enjoy top quality ingredients such as Oberon’s Margra lamb, Gippsland’s Bannockburn chicken or Pepe Saya butter. And in all cabins you’ll enjoy delicious bakery items or snacks, such as tasty Dreamtime Tuka snacks made with native ingredients or Aussie classics like chocolate TimTam biscuits.

In First and Business in international, you can indulge in a range of premium beverages, featuring Four Pillars Gin from the Yarra Valley and top Australian whisky brands. Across all cabins, we offer a selection of Australian wines and craft beers, including Stone & Wood and the classic Coopers. You can also try our custom cocktail, the AVRO gin spritz.
On select international routes, you'll find cocktails such as the Solbevi Limoncello Spritz on flights to Rome in all cabins, and the Everleigh Bottling Co. French 75 in Business on flights to Paris.
Our non-alcoholic options include all your favourites, plus Binjang Tea from our First Nations partner in First, and coconut water on flights to India.
