Using your Flight Credit
When you're ready to book your next Qantas flight, it's easy to redeem your Flight Credit. Simply go to Manage booking and enter your credit reference and last name.
If you have a COVID-19 travel credit, you can request a refund by calling our dedicated team on 1300 668 885 within Australia, or +61 2 9123 7495 from outside Australia.
Latest flight deals
It may not be possible to book a flight to or from your location. Plus, flights to and from some places may only be offered when using Qantas Points.
If you're trying to book a commercial flight and the location isn't listed, you'll see an error message during your search.
If your chosen departure point or destination isn't available for a commercial booking, you could still book using Qantas Points. Select 'Rewards' to see if your location is offered.

When searching for flights between Perth and Sydney, you can select your preferred travel cabin.
When searching all other Australian domestic flights, you'll be offered a selection of fares for travel in Economy and Business, including when you search for reward flights.
When searching for flights departing from a country outside of the region you're using, you'll be directed to the relevant regional site. This ensures your booking reflects the correct terms and conditions and priced in local currency.
For example, if you're browsing from the Australian region, and search for a flight departing from Auckland, you'll be directed to our New Zealand regional site, where your booking will be subject to New Zealand's terms and conditions and priced in New Zealand dollars.
You don't need to book a flight for your baby until it's born - just book your own when you're ready.
Once your baby is born, contact your local Qantas office to add their name to the booking.
