Third-party booking assistance

Due to the impact of COVID-19, we understand your travel agent or other third-party booking provider may have closed or is in administration.

In some circumstances, we may be able to assist you with your Qantas flight bookings and there are options available to you depending on what you'd like to do.

If your agent is still operating, you'll need to contact them directly for assistance.

Change your flight booking

If you'd like to change the date of your flight booking, contact your local Qantas office for assistance.

Request a Flight Credit

If you'd like to use your ticket for future travel, contact your local Qantas office to request a Flight Credit before your scheduled date of departure. 

Refund your flight booking

If you'd like a refund, download and complete the Customer Refund Declaration form (PDF) confirming you haven't received a refund from your travel agent or another third party. Email the completed form to us, with your booking reference and last name in the subject line.

Once you've submitted your document, we'll review your request and contact you to discuss your options.
