Help for Frequent Flyer and Qantas Club members with your account, Reward bookings and how to get in contact.
When you login to your Frequent Flyer account, you can update membership details, preferences, claim missing points, check your Qantas Points and Status Credit balances, make Flight Reward bookings and view your activity statement.

Flight Reward bookings made through Qantas Contact Centres require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Some countries or regions outside Australia require bookings to be made 14 days or more in advance.

~ Customers in the USA who are deaf or who have a hearing or speech impairment can call via the National Relay Service by dialling 711, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Communication Assistants at the National Relay Service will assist customers by contacting Qantas Airways.
^ Platinum members should use the priority number (found on the back of their membership card) in place of 13 11 31.
