Qantas codeshare flights may operate from either Narita or Haneda airports. Check the airport your flight operates from before you travel.
Limited ticketing facilities are provided by Japan Airlines.
Open from 7am to 10pm.
Check-in is open from 3 hours until 1 hour prior to each flight departure.
Qantas Check-in is located in Zone I.
Note: For Qantas codeshare flights, customers may need to check in with the operating carrier rather than with Qantas. Ask airport staff for more detail.

Online Check-in opens 24 hours before your flight departure and closes 2 hours before international flight departures.

Transfer between terminals
A free shuttle bus operates every 10 minutes between terminals.
Transfer between Narita and Haneda Airports
