Check-in
Check-in is located on Level 4 in Island N.
Online check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199), and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online check-in is open from 24 hours to two hours before departure for international flights.
Note: For Qantas codeshare flights, customers may need to check in with the operating carrier rather than with Qantas. Ask airport staff for more detail.

Baggage
Baggage carousels are located in the arrivals hall on level 2.
Information monitors display flight carousel numbers.
Baggage services is handled by BFS/Bangkok Flight Services Co. located on level 2 behind baggage claim.

Transfer between terminals
The domestic (Thai Airways, Thai Smiles and Bangkok Airways) and international terminals are located in the same building.
Nok Air, Air Asia and Lion Air are located at the Don Muang AirportOpens external site in a new window (DMK).
An airport shuttle bus between Suvarnabhumi Airport and Don Muang Airport is available between 5am to midnight. Located on Level 2 and exit door 3 after customs.
