Incheon AirportOpens external site in a new window (ICN) is the largest airport in South Korea. It’s located approximately 48kms (30mi) from Seoul, the capital, and is the main international airport.
Check-in is located on the Departures level, which is on level 3. To find details on the current Qantas check-in location, refer to the information monitors in the terminal building.
Online check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199), and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online check-in is open from 24 hours to two hours before departure for international flights.
For Qantas codeshare flights, customers may need to check in with the operating carrier rather than with Qantas. Ask airport staff for more detail.

The Incheon Airport shuttle busOpens external site in a new window is a free bus service between terminals, which operates at frequent intervals and takes approximately 25 minutes. The bus departs from level 3.
Customers with onward domestic flights departing from Gimpo Airport (GMP) should collect their bags and clear immigration. It's possible to travel to Gimpo Airport by bus, train or taxi, which takes approximately 45 minutes. On arrival, check in with the operating airline for your flight.
Customers with onward travel to Busan (PUS) or Daegu (TAE) from Incheon Airport should follow the signs to the Transfer (Busan, Daegu) area. At the security checkpoint, present your boarding pass or e-tickets, then proceed to the departure gate. You'll collect your bags and clear immigration in Busan or Daegu.
When transferring at Incheon Airport, any items over 100ml purchased at international airports must be secured, with the receipt, in the Security Tamper Evident Bag provided by duty-free shops to pass through security. It's not possible to purchase items at the duty free shops on arrival at Incheon Airport.
On arrival, customers should follow the signs to the transfer area. At the security checkpoint, present your boarding pass or e-tickets, then proceed to the departure gate.
Customers may proceed to the Qantas check in area or to the Qantas departure gate. Check in locations and departure gate information is displayed on screens throughout the terminal.

Trains | The Airport Railroad ExpressOpens external site in a new window (AREX) trains depart regularly from early morning to late evening, operating a non-stop service between the airport and Seoul Station, serving both terminals. Travel time is approximately 45 minutes from Terminal 1, and 50 minutes from Terminal 2. The Seoul Metropolitan Subway also runs between the airport and the city, and takes approximately 60 minutes from Terminal 1 and 65 minutes from Terminal 2. |
