Qantas international arrivals to domestic connections
Customers with domestic connections should collect their bags and proceed through Immigration. After exiting Immigration, you'll need to take a taxi to the domestic terminal.
Qantas international arrivals to international connections
On arrival, customers should collect their bags, clear customs and immigration and proceed to the main check-in area for their onward connection. After security checks, customers can proceed to their departure gate for their next flight.
Domestic and international connections to Qantas international departures
On arrival at the airport, proceed to the Qantas check-in desks. Locations and departure gate information are displayed on screens throughout the terminal.

There are no ticketing facilities available at the airport.

Online check-in is available for Qantas international flights (QF1-199) and other eligible connecting flights operated by oneworld, partner and codeshare airlines. Online check-in opens 24 hours before your international flight departure and closes 90 minutes before departure.
