Child access is subject to lounge type and the Qantas Club limit of one guest per membership when travelling on Qantas operated and marketed flight.
If you are travelling with more than two children to a Qantas owned and operated lounge, the Qantas lounge manager will try to accommodate them, subject to reviewing the space available.
If you have received a complimentary lounge pass, ensure you have linked your pass to your flight at least 24 hours before departure for smooth access to the lounge. To link your pass, log in to the Complimentary Invitations Portal, click the Lounge Invitation link, and then follow the prompts.
Once the pass has been linked to your booking, you will receive a confirmation email. To access the lounge, present this confirmation email along with your boarding pass at the lounge entrance. You can access the lounge once check-in for your flight opens until when your flight starts boarding.
