Qantas Ground Services

Qantas Ground Services (QGS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Qantas Airways and we’re responsible for providing ground handling services to the Qantas Group, including quite physical roles such as baggage handling (sorting bags from the terminal and ensuring they reach their final destination), ramp services (loading bags into the aircraft), cabin presentation (cleaning the aircraft), ground transport (bus driving) and warehouse freight handling (handling cargo for our freight business).

The services in our airports are the heart of the Qantas product and customer service experience. Right across airport terminals, our people make it happen for our customers.

To meet the needs of our customers who are travelling across Australia and the globe, we work around the clock to ensure our customers and their belongings are able to have a seamless transit through our airports, in the air and through our freight terminals

Can you imagine working with aircraft on a daily basis? Or being a part of the broader customer journey and working in a challenging outdoor environment? We're looking for people who share our passion for working in a fast paced operational environment and enjoy being physically active and working in all weather conditions.
