For enquiries about activities booked through Qantas contact our activity provider Viator, quoting your booking reference.

To change or cancel your Airbnb booking contact your host. For all other Airbnb queries contact Airbnb.

Change or cancel your hotel booking with Qantas hotels. Hotel cancellation policies may apply.

You can redeem your Qantas gift voucher online through manage booking or by phone. Booking fees apply to redemptions over the phone.
