Third-party booking assistance
Due to the impact of COVID-19, we understand it may be difficult for you to contact your travel agent or other third-party booking provider to discuss your travel plans, or they may have closed.
In some circumstances, we may be able to assist you with your Qantas flight bookings.

Some agents have temporarily relocated, stood-down staff members or changed their operating hours. If you're having difficulties contacting your agent, complete the Agent Assistance Request form.
We'll try to contact your agent to reconfirm they are open for business and either:
- request they contact you directly to discuss your booking, or
- provide you with their updated contact details.
If we're unable to contact your agent, we'll contact you to discuss your options.
A number of agents have closed, with some also placing their business into administration.
There are options available to you depending on what you'd like to do.
Change your flight booking
If you'd like to change the date of your flight booking, contact your local Qantas office for assistance.
Request a Flight Credit
Refund your flight booking
If you'd like a refund:
- complete the Agent Assistance Request form, and
- download and complete the Customer Refund Declaration form (PDF) confirming you haven't received a refund from your travel agent or another third party. Email the completed form to us, with your booking reference and last name in the subject line.
Once these documents are submitted, we'll review your request and contact you to discuss your options.
Agent placed in administration
If your agent has been placed into administration, complete the form and we'll contact you to discuss your options.
