Qantas Pass is a virtual account that stores the value of certain Flight Credits. If your Flight Credit has been converted to a Qantas Pass, the original booking contact will be emailed with the Qantas Pass number, expiry date and important information about its use. It can be used exclusively with Qantas for:

  • Flight bookings made by the expiry date shown.
  • Qantas travel products such as additional baggage and seat selection.
  • Multiple bookings so you can use your Qantas Pass when it suits you.
  • Any number of passengers, even those not on your original booking.
