What has changed with the status support Qantas is providing?
Since March 2020 we have been supporting eligible Qantas Frequent Flyers who reside outside of Australia or New Zealand and are unable to achieve the Status Credits needed to retain their status with 12 month status extensions. We are extending this support to include eligible members with a status end date between July 2022 and June 2023 (inclusive).
Additionally, we will rollover accrued Status Credits for eligible members up to a maximum amount, from their eligible Membership Year to help kick-start their new Membership Year.
