Qantas Holidays

Membership, and the earning and redemption of Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program Terms and Conditions. 

Qantas Points are earned in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of Qantas Holidays Limited. Qantas Holidays Limited ABN 24 003 836 459 Licence No. NSW - 2TA 003 004, VIC - 31288, QLD - TAG 740, SA - TTA 48 116, WA - 9TA 510. 

You must provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number to Qantas Holidays Limited when you book. 

Offer excludes Jetstar Asia and Jetstar Pacific airfares. Earn 1 Qantas Point per A$1 spent when you book direct with Qantas Holidays or via a travel agent. Package must include air and land components. Air must be on Qantas or Jetstar services or on services with a Qantas (QF) or Jetstar (JQ)  flight number. Mixed carriage is allowed provided one sector is a Qantas or Jetstar service or on a service with a QF or JQ flight number. Cancelled bookings will not be eligible for this offer. If there is one Qantas Frequent Flyer member in a booking and one non-member, the Qantas Frequent Flyer member will receive all the points. If there are multiple Qantas Frequent Flyer members in the same booking, the points will be split evenly between all members. Qantas Frequent Flyer members travelling on Classic Flight Reward flights will not earn points purchasing Qantas Holidays product, unless they are travelling with an air and land passenger who has paid cash for their flights on the same booking.

Vouchers available for delivery in Australia only. Valid for travel from Australia only. Qantas Holidays gift vouchers must be used for Qantas Holidays domestic or international packages or Viva Holidays international packages and cannot be used for flight only bookings. If you are redeeming a gift voucher, you must quote the booking reference number of your voucher when you redeem your voucher. Qantas Holiday gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The value of the gift voucher is in Australian dollars. The value of your gift voucher must be wholly redeemed in one transaction. Qantas Holidays gift vouchers are not transferable, non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 

Points will be awarded six to eight weeks after departure.
