Qantas Points will be earned in installments of 5,000 points at the end of every third month from your service activation date if you stay continuously connected, up to the maximum total of bonus points offered on your plan. For example, if your plan includes a total of 10,000 points, you’ll receive 5,000 points at the end of month three, and another 5,000 points at the end of month six as long as you stay on the plan continously. Qantas Points may take up to seven days to appear in your account.
You’ll also earn Qantas Points per $1 spent on your monthly plan fee. These points will appear in your account within 7 days of payment. For example, the $59 Qantas SIM Only plan earns you 5 points per $1 spent, so you will be awarded 295 Qantas Points per month. Please note: plan add-ons won’t contribute to your Qantas Points per $1 earned and your points will be forfeited if you cancel your plan before points are awarded.
-
You can change your Qantas plan if the current plan inclusions no longer suit your needs. Your Qantas Points will be awarded based on the plan you originally signed up to and will be awarded in installments of 5,000 points from your service activation date, if you stay continuously connected, up to the maximum total of points offered on your plan. If you change to a lower plan, you will forfeit any Qantas Points not yet awarded. If you change to a higher plan, you will continue to receive points based on your original plan. For example, if you move from a $59 plan to a $79 plan, you will continue to be awarded 10,000 Qantas Points for the $59 plan. The points you earn on your monthly plan fee will shift accordingly if you change your plan. For example, if you move from a $59 plan to a $79 plan, you will earn 10 points per dollar spent on your monthly plan fee.
