Property leases and sales are subject to LJ Hooker’s Terms and Conditions. 

For the sale of your property: Your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number and the number of Qantas Points you will receive must be agreed on at the time of listing and clearly stated in your LJ Hooker exclusive listing agreement for the sale of your property.

For rental properties: Your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number and the number of points you will receive must be agreed on at the time you appoint LJ Hooker as your exclusive Property Management Agent for a residential property and clearly stated in your LJ Hooker exclusive Property management agreement for the lease of your property.

For the sale of your property: This is a once-only per property Qantas Points allocation for residential, commercial or industrial properties when listed and sold in Australia or New Zealand. Qantas Points can only be allocated to the person on the exclusive agency agreement in respect of the sale of the property.

For rental properties: This is a once-only per property Qantas Points allocation for a new 12-month property management agreement in Australia only. Qantas Points can only be allocated to the person on the exclusive property management agency agreement. 

This offer cannot be claimed with any other rewards program in which LJ Hooker participates. This offer does not apply to properties previously or currently managed by any LJ Hooker office.

Points will be credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account approximately eight weeks after the property has settled or been leased.
