Unfortunately, you can only earn Qantas Points if you provide your details at time of purchase. Qantas Points will not be earned for Qantas Frequent Flyer membership details that are provided retrospectively.

Members can find their Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number in the top panel of a Qantas Frequent Flyer email. Alternatively, members can check their Qantas app for their account details and points balance.

Unfortunately, if you cannot provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership details at the time of purchase you will be unable to use or earn Qantas Points.

Qantas Frequent Flyer is waiving the joining fee of A$99.50 for digiDirect customers. If you are not a Qantas Frequent Flyer member, you can join for free here.

Eligible products and services are cameras, lenses, lighting and studio equipment, drones, optics, photo accessories, audio and visual equipment, pro video products, smart home products, computers, tablets, phones, digiPrint services and orders redeemed with a gift card. You will not earn Qantas Points on gift card purchases, digiRent products, delivery or returned or refunded items.

You will need to provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer member number in-store or online at the time of payment. If you are unable to provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number at the time of the transaction, you will be unable to earn Qantas Points.
