Cheapa Campa

An eligible rental is any road trip booking that is made for a Cheapa Campa Campervan, Motorhome or 4WD Camper in Australia or New Zealand. Hippie Camper are excluded from the Qantas Frequent Flyer offer.

Qantas Points are earned on the daily rental rate (once discounts have been taken off) of your road trip only. Points are not earned on fees, taxes, optional extras of liability reduction/bond options etc. 

If you book a promotion where you're eligible for bonus points, these will be applied separately on top of the normal per dollar points. You'll see these on your booking as 'BONUS QFF Points'.

If you change your road trip booking to a different date, location or Cheapa Campa vehicle type, you'll still earn Qantas Points on the value of the new booking. If you change from a Cheapa Campa rental to an Apollo Rental you'll still be eligible to earn points, however if you change to another brand then you won't be eligible to earn points. Ensure your Frequent Flyer details have been added to your amended booking by informing staff at pickup or contacting the Cheapa Campa reservations teamOpens external site in a new window. 

No, Cheapa Campa will only accept one Frequent Flyer account number per booking. This must be supplied between the time of booking until the time pick-up. This can be done at the Cheapa Campa branch or by contacting the  Cheapa Campa reservations team. Once a Qantas Frequent Flyer number has been added to a booking, this can't be amended. The Qantas Frequent Flyer number must match the Cheapa Campa main driver name for points to be applied.

No, the surname on the booking needs to match that of the Qantas Frequent Flyer account.

No, if you choose to cancel your entire booking you won’t be eligible for any Qantas Points.

Once you have returned the vehicle, and your rental has been paid in full your points will be credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account within six weeks.
