Membership, and the earning and redemption of Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program Terms and Conditions. 

All Chauffeur Drive services are covered by the Brunel standard Terms and Conditions.

You must provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number to Chauffeur Drive before booking a limousine service.

Qantas Frequent Flyer members can earn 4 Qantas points per $1 spent on ‘standard rates’ only on chauffeur and car hire service, including GST. This includes following Brunel Chauffeur Drive services: European Vehicles, Audi A8L, A6 Audi Q7 SUV, Mercedes S Class, Mercedes E Class, Mercedes V Class, Viano, 14 Seat Sprinter. Members can also earn 3 Qantas Points per $1 spent on standard rates on sedan chauffeur services and people movers, including GST.

Incidental costs or extra charges such as food and beverages, tolls, entrance fees, mobile phone usage, airport charges, accommodation, venue costs or other incidentals do not earn Qantas Points. ‘Standard rates’ do not include corporate rates, promotional rates, wholesale packages and group tour rates, rates booked through a third party, special rates offered to the Travel Industry, airlines employees, travel agent employees and/or Rewards Partner employees.

Points will be credited to your account within 60 days of using Chauffeur Drive.
