When do I provide my Frequent Flyer number?

You must provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number to Beechwood Homes prior to signing a contract.

Eligibility

Qantas Frequent Flyer (QFF) members who sign a contract and provide a lender letter for the purchase of an Eligible Build will earn 1 Qantas Point per $1 spent on the building contract value. “Eligible Builds” means a new (including off the plan) residential property that has been constructed by Beechwood Homes. Any property where Qantas Points are earned directly from the vendor or where Beechwood Homes is not the only selling agent is not an Eligible Build. Points will not be earned on any government taxes and charges paid, including stamp duty. To earn Qantas Points, you must provide 1. Your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number to Beechwood Homes prior to signing a contract; 2. Sign a binding building contract with Beechwood Homes and 3. Provide a letter from a lender permitting Beechwood to proceed with the construction of your home. Points will be credited within 60 days of the signed contract and lender letter being approved. Beechwood Homes reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
