When do I provide my Frequent Flyer number?

You must provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number to Abercrombie & Kent before you leave for your holiday.

Eligibility

Qantas Frequent Flyer Members can earn 1 Qantas Point per A$1 spent on Eligible Products booked on or before 22 May 2022. Eligible Products are new International and Domestic private tour land itinerary bookings of seven nights or more, created by Abercrombie & Kent. No other bookings are eligible and you will not earn points on flights. Where a refund is applied after you return from your holiday, the final amount of Qantas Points awarded will be determined by the final amount paid, minus the refund amount.

How long until I get my Qantas Points?

Points will be credited to your Frequent Flyer account within 60 days of the completion of any Eligible Product that you have purchased for bookings made on or before 22 May 2022.

Exchange Rate

If eligible bookings are made in currencies other than Australian dollars, the number of Qantas Points earned will be calculated based on the exchange rate of the day when final payment was made.
