An update on earning Qantas Points with Criniti’s
Our partnership with Criniti’s has come to an end as a result of the Criniti’s chain entering into voluntary administration. As such, from 28 November 2019, Qantas Frequent Flyer members can no longer earn Qantas Points at Criniti’s restaurants.
You can still earn Qantas Points at over 18,000 restaurants in 12 countries when you book via Qantas Restaurants.

From 11 October 2019, members can now earn up to 15,000 Qantas Points on solar products and services with Solargain. Woolworths Rewards and Qantas Frequent Flyer program refresh

From today, 2,000 Woolworths Points now converts into 1,000 Qantas Points, up from 870 points. Woolworths Rewards members will also benefit from faster access to their Qantas Points, with conversions to be processed automatically when members hit 2,000 Woolworths Points rather than once every three months. Members can maximise their Woolworths Points at Woolworths, BIG W, BWS and participating Caltex and Caltex Woolworths co-branded fuel outlets. Find out more.

The Qantas Golf Club is closing

Effective 1 August 2019, the Qantas Golf Club will close, and in its place there will be a new club owned and managed by Golfnow offering paid Golfpass memberships. Subscribers of the Qantas Golf Club will continue to receive golf communications via email from Golfnow from 1 August 2019. If members do not wish to hear from Golfnow, they will be provided with the option to unsubscribe from future communications. Qantas Frequent Flyer members can earn points on Golf AM Tour events and Golf Advisor travel booked through Golfnow from 1 August 2019. We'd like to thank our members for being part of the Qantas Golf Club.
Frequent Flyers rewarded in program overhaul

Today is an exciting day for our Frequent Flyers. We are announcing the biggest suite of changes to the program since its inception 32 years ago.
These changes will help every Frequent Flyer fulfil their travel dreams by increasing the number of Classic Flight Reward seats, reducing fees and expanding the number of airline partners you can earn and use Qantas Points on around the world. Plus, for the first time, we will be unlocking travel benefits for members who primarily earn points on the ground with a new tiered Points Club and recognising those who spend a lifetime flying with us by expanding our flying tiers to include Lifetime Platinum.

Effective 31 May 2019, Qantas Frequent Flyer and Kayo Sports launched a partnership, offering Qantas Frequent Flyer members the opportunity to earn Qantas Points when they subscribe to the sports streaming service.
Kayo Sports has been designed especially for sports fans, featuring over 50 sports live and on-demand, in HD and with up to four screens on SplitView.

Temporary suspension of Jet Airways (9W)
3 May 2019
Effective 18 April 2019, Jet Airways has published a notice about the temporary suspension of its flight operation. As a result, Qantas Frequent Flyer members can no longer earn Qantas Points or book Classic Flight Rewards on Jet Airways flights.
Retrospective claims for travel up to 18 April 2019 on Jet Airways can be made via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You'll need to include original boarding passes and copies of tickets, along with any other supporting documentation confirming your entitlement to the missing points.
You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer to earn and use Qantas Points. A joining fee may apply. Membership and points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program Terms and Conditions.
