When will I receive my bonus Qantas Points?
Bonus Qantas Points may take up to six weeks after completion of travel to be credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account.
How many bookings can I make?
There is no limit to the number of eligible flight bookings that you can book for yourself during the promotional period.
What happens if my flight is changed or cancelled by Qantas?
We may make some changes to our schedule as a result of various government restrictions and to the associated impacts of COVID-19. If we’ve cancelled your Qantas flight, we'll rebook you on the next available flight to your booked destination (if possible), at no additional cost to you. Alternatively, you can choose a flight credit or a refund. You won’t be charged any change or cancellation fees.
What happens if I want to change my flight?
Until 30 June 2020, you can book any Qantas operated domestic Australian flight for travel between 12 June and 31 October 2020, and we'll waive the change fee one time if you decide to change your date of your travel.
Full or part travel of an itinerary is eligible only for this bonus Qantas Points offer if you book and travel within the promotional dates as listed above. If you cancel your initial qualifying booking or change it to be outside the promotional period, this bonus Qantas Points offer will not apply.
Will I earn bonus Qantas Points if I use ‘Book Now, Pay Later’ to make my booking?
If you book your eligible flight during the promotion period, you will earn the bonus Qantas Points regardless of payment date. You will not earn Qantas Points if you do not complete your payment on the advised payment due date. If you book your eligible flight outside the promotion period and pay for your booking within the promotion period your booking will not be eligible to earn the bonus Qantas Points.
If I receive another bonus offer, will both offers count for my booking?
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Only one bonus Qantas Points offer can be applied to an eligible flight segment. If you qualify for multiple bonus offers, the offer first registered for will be applied to each individual eligible segment.
What happens if I cancel or change my eligible booking?
Full or part travel of an itinerary is eligible only if you book (regardless of payment date) and travel within the promotional dates. If you cancel your initial qualifying booking or change it to be outside of the eligible travel period this bonus offer will not apply.
Are Qantas Flight vouchers eligible for this offer?
Flight Vouchers purchased and redeemed for an eligible flight booking made during the promotion will earn bonus Qantas Points. Flight Vouchers purchased but not redeemed for an eligible flight booking (for flights that are not booked or travelled within the booking or travel period dates), will not earn bonus Qantas Points.
Will I earn triple Qantas Points if I use a Qantas Flight Credit?
Flight Credits redeemed for an eligible flight booking during the promotion period will earn triple Qantas Points. Don’t forget to include your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number in your booking.
You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer to earn and use Qantas Points. A joining fee may apply. Membership and points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program Terms and Conditions.
