These terms and conditions (Terms) explain how you can earn Qantas Points as an Afterpay account holder during this Campaign. You accept these terms by signing up for the Campaign or by linking your Qantas Frequent Flyer member account to your Afterpay account.
You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member to earn points. Membership and points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer Program Terms and Conditions. If you are not already a Qantas Frequent Flyer member, the Qantas Frequent Flyer joining fee will be waived if you have an Afterpay account. This offer is available to Afterpay customers who link their Qantas Frequent Flyer account to their Afterpay account between 8 July and 8 September 2020, and make a purchase using Afterpay by 8 March 2021 (the ‘Campaign Period’). This offer is valid for new and existing Afterpay customers.
New to Afterpay Customers: Individuals who sign up for the Afterpay Service or have previously signed up for the Afterpay Service but not made a purchase using the Afterpay Service in the twelve months prior to 8 July 2020 will be eligible to earn 500 bonus Qantas Points. Members will then earn 1 Qantas Point per $1 spent through Afterpay, up to a maximum of 4,500 Qantas Points (or $4,500 spent). The maximum number of Qantas Points that a New to Afterpay customer may earn as part of this campaign is 5,000 Qantas Points. 500 bonus Qantas Points will be credited within 8-10 weeks of Members creating an Afterpay account and linking their Qantas Frequent Flyer account to their Afterpay account, by adding their Frequent Flyer membership number into their Afterpay account profile.
Existing Afterpay Customers: Existing Afterpay customers are individuals who have made a purchase using the Afterpay Service in the twelve months prior to 8 July 2020. Existing Afterpay customers who link their Qantas Frequent Flyer account to their Afterpay account, and then spend $1,000, will earn 1 Qantas Point per $1 spent using the Afterpay Service up to a maximum of 5,000 Qantas Points. This offer is available to the first 50,000 Existing Afterpay customers who link their Qantas Frequent Flyer account to Afterpay by adding their Frequent Flyer membership number into their Afterpay account profile.
For New Afterpay customers, Qantas Points will be credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account within 15 days of the end of each month during the Campaign Period. For Existing Afterpay customers, Qantas Points will be credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account within 15 days of the end of each month during the Campaign Period after you have reached the $1,000 minimum spend after linking accounts.
Qantas Points will be calculated at the end of each month during the Campaign. The value of any purchases that are cancelled, returned or refunded during a month will be deducted from the total points you will earn for any purchases made that month. You will not earn points on any late fees that are payable to Afterpay. You will not earn Qantas Points if your Afterpay account is suspended or unpaid, or if Afterpay reasonably considers that your Afterpay account is being operated fraudulently, or otherwise in breach of the Afterpay terms and conditions, and you are unable to satisfy Afterpay that this is not the case.
This offer is available to Australian Residents only and limited to one Qantas Frequent Flyer member and one Afterpay account only; the same Afterpay account cannot be used for this offer more than once.
By signing up to this campaign you agree that Afterpay may share data it holds about you and any Afterpay transactions you make during the Campaign Period with Qantas.
The offer may be withdrawn, changed or extended at any time by Afterpay and/or Qantas. If we change or withdraw the offer you will be credited for all Qantas Points validly earned by you in accordance with these terms and conditions prior to the offer being changed or withdrawn.

Afterpay’s total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms, or your participation in the Campaign, will not exceed $100 (other than as required by law).
