When to visit
Orange has a temperate climate, which makes for vibrant springs, warm summers, spectacular autumns and cool winters with the chance of experiencing snowfalls. Winter temperatures range from 2 to 10°C. Orange is known as ‘Australia’s Colour City’ due its vibrant autumn colours, making late March and April amongst the best time to visit Orange to see the impressive autumn colours. Temperatures in autumn range from 14 to 24°C.

Once you arrive at Orange Airport there are a few transport options to get you to the town centre. Make the short trip into the city using the taxi services at the terminal or ride-sharing Uber.
