London, England’s exciting capital is well worth a visit. One of the world's most visited cities, London has something for everyone from history and culture to fine food and unique pubs. Drenched in history, the city's buildings are unique and a great many of them to explore – the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben – are instantly recognisable landmarks. There are modern buildings too (the Shard, the Tate Modern, the Sky Garden). Be sure to wander around the West End, Notting Hill for boutique shopping, visit charming pubs, leafy suburbs and the riverbanks. It’s such a diverse city with many sights to see.
