The beaches of Los Cabos are at their best from November through May when there’s great weather and whale-watching between January and February. Taxi is a convenient option and it takes around 20 minutes to get to San José del Cabo. They can be pre-arranged or ordered on arrival. Most hotels and resorts have shuttles you can use to head downtown or to nearby restaurants. Once your intown is easy to walk around to explore the area. Renting a car is a handy option as you can take short day trip to secluded beaches or nearby towns.
