Pick up is located just outside each terminal, it’s an inexpensive way to travel and best to book your ticket in advance. Hotel shared shuttles are a popular way to get to your destination and go to all major hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and the Riviera Maya. Private transfers are a hassle free way to travel and the driver will greet you at the arrival terminal with the car ready to leave as soon as you arrive. It's possible to rent a car with major agencies available at the airport.

Renting a car is a good option if you plan on visiting places like Playa del Carmen, Tulum. If you plan to visit Isla Mujeres, you can take a ferry from Cancun.
