Getting around Bangalore
A rapid transit system called the Namma Metro is the rail system that can get you to the major sites. Buses operated by Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) are an important and reliable means of public transport available in the city. Three-wheeled, yellow and black or yellow and green auto-rickshaws, referred to as autos, are a popular form of transport. It is possible to hire a car, though the roads are very busy.
