Getting into Brisbane CBD from Brisbane Airport

To reach Brisbane’s city centre in a cost-effective way you can ride the Airtrain, which is a fast and affordable train servicing linking the airport to the CBD in only 20 minutes. For a more private and direct transport option, you’ll find taxis, rideshare providers and airport transfer services that can be accessed outside the terminal building. Alternatively, for a bit more freedom you may wish to hire a car from one of the many car hire providers.

Getting around Brisbane

If you have hired a car then you may wish to visit some of the regional highlights including national parks and beaches by road. If you’re staying within Brisbane City, make use of the well-equipped public transport network of buses, trains and ferries. Purchase a Go Card from convenience stores and major train stations.
