Getting into Indianapolis from Indianapolis International Airport
Whether you're staying in Indianapolis during your trip or connecting to another city, there are various transportation options to help you efficiently and affordably arrive at your destination. A scheduled bus service from the airport to the greater Indianapolis area is available through IndyGo along with shuttle services. There are car rental options at the ground transportation centre, located on the first floor of the Terminal Garage. A taxi service is available at the curb on the lower level of the terminal just outside of baggage claim. Uber and Lyft services are available from the airport to your selected destination. Shared ride and personal luxury limousine services are available in the ground transportation centre, located on the first floor of the garage as you exit the terminal. Hotel courtesy cars can be organised from IND airport.
Getting around Indianapolis
To efficiently get around Indy, there are multiple options to move about the city. If you hire a car there are plenty of parking stations downtown. Public transport options include the IndyGo bus service and the red line electric bus stretching through town. Taxi services, ride-share company Uber and Lyft also operate through the city. Enjoy private transport in a limousine or premium car service. Bike share stations, bike rentals, organised tours are a fun way to explore the city and walking is easy too.
