Pittsburgh Airport is located 30 km west of downtown Pittsburgh, in the suburbs of Findlay Township and Moon Township, in Pennsylvania, U.S.

Getting into Pittsburgh from Pittsburgh International Airport

Getting to Pittsburgh from Pittsburgh International Airport is simple with various transport options available. Car rentals are available with rental counters on the baggage claim level of the landside terminal, it is just a short walk to the garage to pick up your vehicle. Ride share options include Uber and Lyft. Hail a ride with your smartphone app and meet your driver outside baggage claim door 4 at the commercial arrivals curb. Public transport options include West Busway (28X Airport Flyer). The route runs to and from PIT, Downtown Pittsburgh, Robinson Towne Centre and Oakland on a regular schedule. The airport has list of approved limousine, taxi, shuttle and charter bus services to help deliver you to your destination. The journey to downtown takes approximately 45 minutes.

Getting around Pittsburgh

Getting around downtown Pittsburgh is easy to walk. Uber and Lyft are popular options for an affordable ride in minutes, with both rideshares are available throughout the city. You can also hail black-and-white taxis, dubbed "Pittsburgh City Cab," for trips to select city neighbourhoods. If you have a car, there is plenty of parking throughout the City of Pittsburgh.
