Missing points from flights?

In addition to your flyers Qantas Points, your business should be receiving Qantas Points on all eligible* Qantas flights.

If you think you're missing Qantas Points into your business account you can still claim them here.

To claim your points from eligible flights

  • Check the eligible flight was taken at least 7 days before this claim? Sometimes it takes that long to see your points.
  • Check the eligible flight was taken within the last 90 days.
  • Check that your business was a Qantas Business Rewards member at the time the flight was taken.
  • Check this was an eligible flight to earn points. It should have a 'QF' flight number and be operated by either Qantas, American Airlines or Emirates.

Keep your travel documentation until your claim appears on your Points Activity. If the traveller's name and first initial don't match their travel documents and Qantas Frequent Flyer information exactly, you'll need to call our service center on 13 74 78 between 7am to 7pm (AEST) Monday to Friday.
