We use a two-step verification process to keep your personal details safe online and your Qantas Business Rewards account secure. This means that when you manage your account functions (such as managing travellers, credit cards, transferring points or adding users) or when changing your personal or business information we may send you a verification code to the email address saved in your Qantas Business Rewards profile, and ask you to answer some security questions.
To ensure you receive SMS verification codes, simply log in to your profile and check that we have your correct mobile number and that all of your personal information is up to date.
