As a valued Qantas Business Rewards member, we want to show our support by letting you know that your current Membership Level and associated benefits will be automatically extended for 12 months, accurate as at 27 March 2020.
Due to the volume of Flight Vouchers being created, bookings that were converted to Flight Vouchers from 16 March 2020 onwards may appear in your Manage Company Bookings profile instead of Manage Company Credit Vouchers
When you have requested a booking to be converted into a Flight Voucher, you'll receive a confirmation email to the email address contained in your booking once the process is complete and the flight voucher is ready to redeem. This may take up to 72hrs.
Once a booking has been converted into a Flight Voucher, you will see the booking updated in Manage Company Bookings with QZW as your departure city, and QZY as your arrival city. This allows us to hold your ticket in voucher form for you to reuse at a later date.
Don't worry if your departure date is not showing 18 months in advance, this will automatically be extended but it will take a few weeks to update in the system.
You can click on the 'Manage' button within Manage Company Bookings, and this will take you to our rebooking engine which will allow you to reuse funds held on the voucher to new flights.
Note, the voucher can only be used in the name of the original traveller listed on the booking
