Easily manage your company travel from one place

Coordinating travel for a company can be challenging, especially when there are multiple travellers in different places at different times. But users in your Qantas Business Rewards account with 'Manage company bookings' access can easily view important flight information, manage all your company flight bookings made via the Qantas Business Rewards website, or via qantas.com from the one place online in your member dashboard, saving you and your team time.

 

Read our step-by-step guide below to see how you and your team can view important flight information and manage your upcoming company flight bookings online.

Step 1

Login to your Qantas Business Rewards account and click ‘Manage Company Bookings’

Step 2

Choose which booking you’d like to change by clicking ‘Manage’. This will take you to the ‘Manage your booking’ page

Step 3

Scroll to the flight details, and click ‘Change’

Select your new dates and flights, and confirm your change. If change fees are applicable, this will also appear prior to confirmation

Some bookings might not be able to be changed online (such as Multi City Bookings, Domestic Name Changes or flights departing within 24hrs), but Qantas Business Rewards members can reach out to a Qantas Contact Centre Consultant for assistance in changing bookings. To do this:

  • Use our Qantas Business Rewards Priority Service line on 13 74 78, Option 2; or

  • Use our Webchat facility and select ‘Flight Booking’; or

  • SMS to 0477 QANTAS (0447 726 827)

If your booking was originally made via your preferred travel agent, you’ll need to contact your agent to make changes to your booking.
