With all these great ways to redeem your business' Qantas Points, it's important to make sure that you're across our ‘Transfer Points' functionality which enables you to transfer the points your business earns to any Frequent Flyer account ready to redeem.
Log in to your account and head to the ‘Transfer Points' page. You can transfer a minimum of 3,000 Qantas Points to any Qantas Frequent Flyer account.
Choose who you want to transfer the points to by selecting them from your saved recipients in the drop-down, or add a new recipient to transfer points to - you just need their name and their Qantas Frequent Flyer number.
Nominate how many points you would like to transfer.
Answer your security question - to make sure you are you, we will ask you to answer the security question that you supplied when you were setting up your account.
Verify your identity with a One Time Pin (OTP) - a OTP will be generated and immediately sent to the email address that is connected to your account, open this email and enter the OTP that is inside it into the box.
You're done! The recipient will then receive an email notifying them that the points have been transferred into their Frequent Flyer account and they can go and redeem them.
* In order to transfer Qantas Points from a Qantas Business Rewards account to an individual's Qantas Frequent Flyer account, the business account must have a balance of at least 3,000 Qantas Points. You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member to earn and redeem Qantas Points. A joining fee may apply. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program Terms and Conditions. We recommend you consult your accountant or tax adviser to ensure you understand possible tax implications, for example fringe benefits tax (if applicable).
^ A minimum 20% deposit, payable using a payment card or using Qantas Points, is required to secure your booking. Deposit payment terms will only be permitted for bookings with a free cancellation option, within Australia. Final payment of the balance owing is payable 7 days prior to the end of the free cancellation window for the booking, and will be automatically charged to the card details provided at the time of booking. Where payment of the balance is not made within the required timeframe, or the payment card provided is declined, the booking will be cancelled, and the deposit will be refunded in full. Deposit Pay is available at the discretion of Qantas, and may be removed or revoked at any time. Payment of a deposit indicates acceptance of these conditions.
