By connecting your Business Rewards and Frequent Flyer accounts, you can access all of your benefits more easily than ever. Connecting means you can log in once, navigate easily between your accounts, and see a snapshot of your Business Rewards account when you access your Frequent Flyer account. Connecting also ensures that you receive savings on eligible flights for business when you're logged into your Frequent Flyer account.
Your Qantas Business Rewards account contains important information about both your business, and you as an account user. It's important to make sure your profiles are complete and up-to-date so we can provide you with the best possible experience when using Qantas Business Rewards - including relevant account updates and special member offers that are most relevant to you and your business.
Your business profile is where information about your business is kept. This includes things like your business size, industry, location and contact information. It also allows you to select the expenditure categories, for which you would be interested in earning points for your business.
Your personal profile is where your information about you as an individual is kept. This includes your role in the business, your Qantas Frequent Flyer number, email address and mobile phone number (so you can use features like SMS two-factor authentication when you log in). You can choose your preferences for the kinds of offers and content you would like to see; and select whether you are someone who coordinates the travel undertaken in your business. You can also change your password here, if required.
By adding relevant people as users in your Qantas Business Rewards account you can give them access and use a wide array of features to help save them and your business time and money. It also ensures everyone in your business knows how they can contribute towards earning Qantas Points on the business' everyday expenses.
You can invite new users to access your account, and as the person adding them, you are able to specify their access or permissions depending on their role in the business:
To add users to your account, simply go to the ‘Add and manage people' section, and click ‘invite account users'. If the people in your account leave your business, you can easily remove them from your account.
If you have employees or contractors in your business who fly regularly, you can add them to your account as a stored traveller. By storing your travellers' Frequent Flyer details in your Qantas Business Rewards account, you can automatically populate their details when making flight bookings, which saves you precious time.
When you add a traveller there is also an option to ‘Enable Frequent Flyer self booking feature for this traveller'. If selected, this means the traveller can self book through the Qantas App and still access your business' member savings on eligible fares and earn points for your business (in addition to the Qantas Points and Status Credits they earn as an individual on that flight).
How to store travellers:
Add as a User: Your office manager, Kate, organises all the travel for the seven managers in your business and also takes care of processing the invoices that come in for purchases from your business's suppliers. By adding Kate as a user to your Qantas Business Rewards account, she is able to manage the company travel in one consolidated place, add and store all the traveller details of the other managers (as well as herself), store the company credit card for easy use, view all the upcoming company bookings and also review the business' points activity statement, to make sure when you spend with partners of the program, your business is receiving the points it should. Making life easier for herself and for you and the business.
Add as a Traveller: Brian is a contractor working for you for six months. In this time he will be travelling between your offices and work sites frequently and at the business' expense. He sometimes gets Kate to book flights for him, but he also likes to book himself as his schedule changes frequently when he's out of the office. By storing Brian as a traveller in your Qantas Business Rewards account, his traveller details and Qantas Frequent Flyer number are stored against your business' ABN, which means each time he flies for your business he will earn his own points and Status Credits as an individual, but also earn your business points at the same time. By storing him as a traveller, Kate the office manager can book him travel, or if you enable self booking, Brian can book his own flights through the Qantas app on the go and still select that he is flying for your business, and still earn points for your business. Since Brian is only contracting for six months, and has no other role in your account, it's not necessary to add him as a User for your account.
You can also save time by storing up to three company credit cards for everyone in your Qantas Business Rewards account to use when booking and paying for flights.
When you first use a credit card, select ‘store this card for future use' when finalising payment. It will then be available for selection the next time you make a booking - It's good to note these cards aren't available through the Qantas App for self-bookers, and credit cards in your personal Frequent Flyer account are not accessible by anyone else in your company.
Much like a bank statement, your points activity statement is where you can go to see all your incoming and outgoing points for any date range you like. You can even download a copy to keep for your records.
Missing points from flights or expense spend with our program partners? The 'claim missing points' function in your account will help guide you through claiming your missing points by either submitting a claim for past flights, or putting you in touch with a contact from the relevant program partner who will help resolve the issue.

You can access and download a monthly report that shows a consolidated view of your business’s travel spend and bookings. This feature is designed to help make it easier to reconcile your business’s monthly travel expenses and maximise the value you get from the Qantas Business Rewards program.
What your report can include
Your expense reports will provide a view of your business’s travel-related spending, including:
Please note, if the transaction value is $0.00, then the amount will not appear on the report – for example, if you change a flight and there was no charge to change that flight, it will not appear on the report. Flight refunds will not be included in the report.
Depending on your membership level, the information you will see in your report will be as follows:
Membership Level 2 and 3, as well as holders of a Qantas branded American Express card will see bookings made in all channels where an ABN has been included in the booking, this includes bookings made through a Travel Agent or the Contact Centre.
Membership Level 1 will see bookings made when logged in to your Qantas Business Rewards account or on Qantas.com where an ABN has been included in the booking.
Simply log in to your account, click ‘Reports’ on the navigation bar and download your report. Your report* will include bookings from the month prior and be available from the 7th day of each month. Only your nominated users with full permissions can access these reports, so you can choose who is granted access.
