We are always looking to develop program features that will make life a little easier, so now Frequent Flyer and Business Rewards can work even better together when you connect your accounts.
Any Qantas Frequent Flyer who has a log in to a Qantas Business Rewards account can connect their two accounts. If your Frequent Flyer number is already saved in your Business Rewards account profile, you will receive a prompt to connect your accounts next time you log in to qantas.com using your Frequent Flyer log in details. If you don't receive this prompt you can still connect your accounts by going to your Frequent Flyer profile and selecting ‘Connect Business Rewards'.
If you are a user of multiple Business Rewards accounts, you will be able to connect your personal Frequent Flyer account with one or multiple Business Rewards accounts depending on your preference.
If you are a business owner, it's a good idea to check who has access to your Business Rewards account and their permissions. All people listed as Account Users in your account will now be able to connect their Frequent Flyer account to your Business Rewards account. To see who has access and manage their permissions, just go to the Manage PeopleOpens external site section in your Business Rewards account.
From here, if your Frequent Flyer number is saved in your Business Rewards Personal Profile you will be prompted to connect that account, click the ‘Get Started' button.
This will take you to the Connect Business Rewards page and show you the businesses that you can connect to, click ‘Connect' next to the account you want to connect your Frequent Flyer account to.
If you don't receive the prompts you can still navigate to Your Profile and select ‘Connect Business Rewards' and click the ‘Connect' button, you will then be taken to the Connect page, where you can click ‘Connect a Business' and continue on to Step 5.
You will then be asked to enter your log in details for that Business Rewards account to finish connecting, depending on when you last logged in, you may also be asked to complete two-factor authentication at this stage.
Once you have successfully connected your accounts, you will see a banner at the top of your account page and receive an email confirming your account connection.
No, any information related to your personal Qantas Frequent Flyer account will not be displayed in your Qantas Business Rewards account. Only you can see the information in your Frequent Flyer account when you are logged in to qantas.com.
No, connecting your accounts just means it will be easier for you to access your Business Rewards benefits whenever you book flights for work through qantas.com when you're logged in to your Frequent Flyer account. You can already, and will continue to be able to, access your Business Rewards benefits when you log in and book through qantasbusinessrewards.com, via your travel agent, or on the Qantas App.
Once you have connected your Frequent Flyer account with a Business Rewards account you will always have the option to disconnect these accounts if you no longer want them connected. Simply go to the ‘Connect Business Rewards' page in your Frequent Flyer profile and select ‘Disconnect' next to the Business Rewards account that you would like to disconnect from and you will receive an email confirming your disconnection.
