Which flights?
Savings are available on the base fare of eligible domestic and international flights operated by Qantas, American Airlines and Emirates*.
How much are the savings?
Depending on your business’s membership level, savings vary between 5% and 8% - and are flagged on your flight search list*.

Travellers with stored profiles who have ‘self booking’ activated can search and book flights with the Qantas app and qantas.com.

Points earned by a business are stored in a Qantas Business Rewards account.
These are simply transferred# (minimum 3000) by an authorised person to any Qantas Frequent Flyer account (business owners, staff, family or friends) for individual use on eligible flights, upgrades or products from the Qantas Shopping Rewards Store.
When a business joins Qantas Business Rewards, all Frequent Flyer employees are eligible for a 20% discount±, so they can enjoy:

^ A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards Member to earn Qantas Points for the business. A one-off join fee of $89.50 applies. Fees are inclusive of any applicable GST and may be varied by Qantas from time to time, without notice, in its absolute discretion. Qantas Points are offered under the applicable partner's terms and conditions and earning thresholds may apply. Membership of Qantas Business Rewards and the earning of Qantas Points as a business are subject to the Qantas Business Rewards terms and conditions.
~ The amount of points awarded varies according to the businesses flying level. Subject to the Airline Reward Scheme terms and conditions, Qantas Points are earned for each segment travelled on Eligible Flights by a Qantas Business Rewards Flyer. A segment is a portion of the journey between two consecutive points listed on an itinerary. The number of Qantas Points earned in Qantas Business Rewards is calculated by applying the percentage Earn Rate to the number of Qantas Points earned by a Bronze member of Qantas Frequent Flyer in each respective booking class (including cabin bonus and minimum points guarantee if applicable and excluding any bonus Qantas Points which may be offered from time to time) as specified in the Qantas Frequent Flyer Categories in the Qantas Frequent Flyer Program, for the applicable travel date. A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards Member and registered for GST or be an Australian Public or Private entity or other incorporated company, and not be a travel agent or on a Corporate Deal with Qantas to earn Qantas Points for the business from flying.

Qantas Points and Status Credits (where applicable) are earned on eligible flights with a Qantas or applicable oneworld® Alliance Airline or Airline Partner flight number on your ticket. Qantas Points and Status Credits may not be earned on some fare types and booking classes. # In order to transfer Qantas Points from a Qantas Business Rewards account to an individual’s Qantas Frequent Flyer account, the business account must have a balance of at least 3,000 Qantas Points. You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member to earn and redeem Qantas Points. A joining fee may apply. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program terms and conditions. We recommend you consult your accountant or tax adviser to ensure you understand possible tax implications, for example fringe benefits tax (if applicable).
± Discounted Qantas Club membership is available to Qantas Frequent Flyer members who are Qantas Business Rewards Flyers of the Qantas Business Rewards Member. The discount applies to the Qantas Club individual membership rates on new and subsequent memberships and is managed under the Qantas Club individually managed corporate scheme.
