If you used Qantas Points to make your booking these will be credited to your account up to 8 weeks following your cancellation. You can re-book a car rental when it suits you. During this time, our car rental partners are continuing to maintain their high standards of safety and cleanliness.

# If, after you book car hire at, on the same day, you find a lower publicly available rate on any other website of an Australian registered company showing prices in AUD, for the same car hire with the same supplier, with the same booking conditions, we will match that rate. To be eligible for the Qantas Points, Qantas Frequent Flyer members must enter their membership number on the Price Promise claim form. The 1,000 extra Qantas Points will be credited to your account within 8 weeks of your car hire. The Price Promise may be cancelled, modified, restricted or altered at any time without prior notice. The Price Promise terms and conditions in effect at the time that you make a claim will be used to determine whether your claim qualifies or not for the Price Promise. Claims under the Price Promise will not be accepted if, in our opinion or the opinion of the third party responsible for administering the applicable Price Promise, acting reasonably, the claim has occurred as the result of a printing, uploading or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith.
